With the latest Your Phone update, Microsoft has increased the number of photos people can see on the app. Previously, the app would limit users to viewing just 25 of their most recent images. This limitation was frustrating for people considering many use their smartphones as cameras. Microsoft has responded and updated Your Phone to now allow users to access 2,000 of their most recent photos. That is much more like it and would be ideal from even the most camera-centric users. It is worth pointing out this increase has been available in A/B testing on the Windows Insider Program. It is now reaching all users following feedback from testers.

— Vishnu.one (@VishnuNath) January 23, 2020 Your Phone allows Android users to sync their smartphone to Windows 10. Last month, Microsoft brought an important feature to the tool. It is still taking a while for Your Phone to reach true maturity (considering it was launched at Build 2018), the app is now significantly more functional.

Recent Changes

Earlier this week, Microsoft brough a copy and paste tool to Your Phone. The feature means Cross Device Copy and Paste is now available in the app. Of course, this is an Insider release so is not yet available on the full app. Back in October, Your Phone became the number one ranked application on the Google Play Store. “#1 App on Google Play!!! Woohooo!! Thank you all. I never thought we would see Link to “Windows” top on Android,” said Microsoft PM of mobile Vishnu Nath on Twitter.
