The company says it has contacted the user that first reported the problem, and prompts every user who has experienced the same to send an email at [email protected]. If your phone reboots, it means it also has that OnePlus 5 problem and you won’t be able to call 911 in case of an emergency. So far, at least three users have claimed to be able to reproduce the malfunction. In fact, a Reddit user posted footage on Facebook, exposing the OnePlus 5 bug.
